Yo, Preferred Auto Spa is legit! Brought my Civic in for an engine bay cleaning and the full package, and honestly, they did an amazing job. I’m not gonna lie, I was a little nervous about getting the engine bay cleaned at first, but these guys know what they’re doing. They covered the sensitive electronics, foamed everything down, blew all the water out with compressed air, and finished it off with a clean dressing. I looked under the hood after and was like damn 😂 It literally looked brand new. The exterior and interior came out crazy too. Paint is shining, wheels and tires are spotless, and the inside feels fresh again. I was really happy with the whole thing. The waiting area is comfortable too, so you can just chill while they work on the car. Definitely worth the money. Good people, good service, and they actually take care of your car. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had the absolute pleasure of bringing my cat to Preferred AutoSpa last Sunday for an Engine Bay and Undercarriage Cleaning after an oil pan repair that left the underside of my car covered in motor oil. Sean took his time to explain the process he would take and put additional care into making sure the engine and undercarriage were spotless. After leaving, I hit a bit of a hiccup with my car sensor. He asked me to bring the car back to assess it and I have never felt so cared for by a business I have taken my car to. After some time he realized that the mechanic that worked in my car previously forgot to reattach a vital piece. Sean called one of his mechanic contacts to walk him through ensuring the vehicle was safe to drive. It took a little time, but Sean NEVER rushed through the process and prioritized mine and my car’s safety. Aside from the incredible work he does cleaning and detailing cars, I have to highlight the rarity that comes with customer service rooted in patience, integrity and grace in NYC. In my opinion it’s a great carwash experience and clean place, If you’re looking for a good detail. For your vehicle from people who pay attention to detail I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I had such a wonderful experience with Preferred Auto Spa. I purchased a used car that was delivered to me dirty and full of pet hair as well as old food and dirt under the seats. I cleaned as much as I could myself but I couldn't get most of the nastiness under the seats or the pet hair (complete with faint animal smell) out. I brought my car to this wonderful place for a simple rug shampoo and pet hair removal. When I tell you, my car literally looks brand new and smells great; it literally looks brand new inside and out and smells absolutely delicious inside. They even provided me with a complementary car wash. Before going to them, I was going to throw out my mats and buy some new ones. Now, I don't have to! Their prices are fair and everyone there was friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I chose to go there. I plan to return for some other services as they have gained my complete confidence. I have already started to tell my friends and family to go and get their cars washed and detailed there. They have gained some new customers! My only regret, is not taking before and after photos to show everyone the difference. I will do so next time.
